Shaun and Cindy opened up Montmorency Bakehouse in 2003. They were both born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and moved to Australia in hopes for a better life for their family.
With a passion in baking, Shaun and Cindy took a risk to open their own bakery providing fresh and quality baked goods every day to the Montmorency community.

The crackling pork banh mi is so juicy and amazing, also had the deserts and it was amazing with the perfect amount of sweetness.

Montmorency bake house is far most the best bakery I’ve come across the bread is super soft fresh the pies and sausage rolls are to die for they are super tasty and will leave you wanting more the party pies they have are divine I highly recommend you try it for yourself the staff are friendly and will greet you with a friendly hello and a warm smile

This popular family run local bakery punches above its weight, Friendly service and very good traditional baked products and breads they also have a fresh sandwich bar. A small space and always busy, as I stated before; “They punch above their weight.”
